The journey into the hips requires a calm mind and a relaxed body. Join this class to understand the anatomical basis for external hip rotation. Start off with a meditation to turn the mind inward and keep a meditative mind throughout the practice. Start off with the basics and learn how to release all the muscles surrounding your hip joints so that you an experience your full range of motion. Build supporting strength in the core muscles around the hip joints so that you balance this new found flexibility with strength. Finally challenge yourself in a fun way to make seemingly hard postures accessible to everyone.
