Kundalini for Crown + Heart Chakras & Nervous System

Class number 3 of program: Transformational 20: a Kundalini experience

Breathing | Kundalini | Rebecca Pflaum on Mar 03, 2015

Kundalini Yoga enables you to tap into your vast reservoirs of potential to feel abundantly creative and live graciously and gratefully! Rebecca will guide you through a dynamic blend of breathing, movement, postures, meditation, mantras, mudras and relaxation to help balance the head and the heart so that we are not overly emotional or overly intellectual. So much of what is shared in her classes is inspired by the wise and wonderful teachings of Yogi Bhajan, the late Master of Kundalini Yoga. Rebecca will be teaching alongside Mel Dobra, divinely talented songwriter. Mel will sing "Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo" and we encourage you to sing with her. This mantra encourages us to bow to the infinite wisdom, the divine teacher, the infinite creative consciousness, that lies within each and every one of us. About Mel After 5 years travelling globally as a support harmonium & vocal artist in the kirtan/yoga scene, Mel has captured her touring experiences into a World Folk, sacred lifestyle album. Mel's album, and her live sets are backed by soft angelic harmonies, soaring flute & brooding violins, alongside driving guitar, bass & percussion. With arrangements drawing on the ancient roots of prayer and mantra, blending the devotional with world folk and pop influences, her music is accessible to all ages and ideal for reflection, contemplation and nurturing, encouraging the listener to explore the inner life.
