This is an introspective, gentle, mellow hatha/restorative practice to take care of yourself, your baby and those around you. Sonia takes you through gentle stretching poses for subtle opening, powered by deep relaxing breath and good-vibe meditation. Fill yourself with some TLC (tender, loving care) for a confident, relaxed and vibrant version of yourself. We will use a bolster or pillow. Music by Kevin James (kevinjamesheartsongs.com).
