Dharma Yoga Level 1
This practice is a great place for beginners to start a daily routine. All of the main postures for total health and vitality are included. This is the baseline for all of the other Dharma Yoga Levels. At the conclusion of the physical postures you will be guided through an amazing breathing, meditation and relaxation sequence.
