Dharma Yoga Level 2
This practice will benefit those who have been practicing Dharma 1 for awhile and are ready to learn some new variations. A complete class in which Headstand( the King of the poses) is included as well as some deeper backbending variations and a longer vinyasa. At the conclusion of the physical postures you will be guided through an amazing breathing, meditation and relaxation sequence.
