Shirshasana-headstand "King of the Poses" step by step instruction on how to use the wall as support for your headstand practice. Kim will teach some key points such as where to place your head, how to position the arms and how long to hold the posture when you are just starting to practice. Headstand has many wonderful benefits for the entire body and is made more powerful by concentrating on the space between the eyebrows while holding the posture.
