Ashtanga Primary Series - Standing Sequence
After completing the sun salutations, if you feel ready to do a bit more, then Linda instructions you through the strong standing positions of Ashtanga Yoga. These poses will bring you steadiness in the body and mind when worked while consciously connecting to your breath. When you complete the sequence you are invited to either continue to the Sitting Sequence or go directly to the Finishing Sequence, depending on the time you have available and your personal physical abilities.
